Love Your Body from the Inside Out

Overview

The purpose of Love Your Body from the Inside Out is to empower you to heal your relationship with yourself mentally, physically, emotionally, and energetically in a safe, supportive, and tight-knit community of women.

What it Is

  • A truly holistic approach to self-love and self-care

  • Full of practical tools and strategies you can use to feel your best

  • A safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for growth and healing

  • A group of women who are committed to showing up for themselves and each other, even when it’s hard.

What it Isn’t

  • A “rah-rah” body positivity group

  • A “show up whenever you can” kind of group - women enrolled in the group are dedicated to showing up each week with limited exception

  • A dieting or accountability group - while we respect whatever you choose for yourself, the environment of this group supports healthy and balanced habits

What We’re Working On

Semester A: March-August
”Cultivating”

This semester is all about growth and cultivation - bringing more self-love, and self-care into your life. Just as the world around us is growing and blooming during the Spring and Summer, we intentionally use this time nurture the seeds of habits and connections that empower us to grow and bloom.

Practical Self-Care

We begin the semester by focusing on building practical healthy habits to help you feel and function your best. Any amount of inner work that you do won’t serve you unless you open up bandwidth to be able to receive and practice that work, and the first part of the semester helps you do that. Additionally, by beginning with practical self-care, you immediately start changing your relationship to your body by actively and intentionally treating it with love and care.

Your Family of Emotions

Having laid the foundations for the deeper work, we step into the next phase of our work together by exploring your emotions. In this part of the semester, you’ll learn to identify your difficult emotions, understand why they’re showing up and what they’re doing for you, give them a voice, and learn how to take care of them. By doing this, you cultivate self-love by showing yourself that all parts of you are worthy of connection and being seen. This also helps build self-trust and confidence.

Semester B: September-February
”Releasing”

The second semester is about letting go of what no longer serves by first examining the ways we may be compromising our values, and our energy. In Autumn and Winter, the Earth naturally releases what it needs to let go of as it comes to rest, and we use this time together to do some internal housecleaning as we set intentions for future growth.

Rewriting Old Stories

This semester begins with an examination of the stories we tell ourselves. These stories have likely been around since childhood, hardwired into us by our families and society at large. You’ll learn how to identify your own limiting beliefs, and we’ll work together to rewrite those beliefs to better match your values and the life you want for yourself. This allows you to shed the values and expectation of others so you can fully align with what is right for you, and live life for you, on your terms.

Setting Boundaries and Keeping Commitments

Once you begin to rewrite your stories, you’ll realize that there are some people in your life who like the old stories better. They will want you to continue to live your life the way they want, not the way you want. In this part of the semester, you’ll learn how to communicate your wants, needs, and emotions effectively, and set boundaries to protect your energy and stay in alignment. Most importantly, you’ll also gain strategies for keeping commitments to yourself, and enforcing boundaries with yourself and others.

Enrollment and Pricing

Enrollment Process

To enroll in the program, please schedule a free consultation first. We will have a conversation to ensure the group is a good fit for you, and if it is, I will send you the Google Calendar invite for either the semester or year, depending on what you signed up for. After the consultation, I will send you an invoice through Stripe. I will create and invite you to join the WhatsApp group chat after the first session.

$1500 per Semester

If you choose to enroll in only one semester, your payment options are as follows:

1 payment of $1500
6 monthly payments of $250
12 bi-weekly payments of $125

If you choose to commit to the entire year up front, you will receive a 20% discount off the cost of both semesters

1 payment of $2400
12 monthly payments of $200
24 bi-weekly payments of $100

Terms

Once you commit to your preferred enrollment period, whether it’s a single semester or a full year, you are responsible for making all of the payments for that enrollment period whether or not you choose to remain in the group. If you choose to drop out early, you are still responsible for all the payments for your enrollment period you initially signed up for. (Yes, I know I just said the same thing twice - that’s because it’s super important that you know and understand that before enrolling).

The billing cycle begins when you enroll, so if you enroll in February, your 6 monthly payments will be from Feb-July, even though the group is March-August. It’s important to keep in mind that the monthly or bi-weekly payments are ways to break down the cost of the group to make it more manageable for you, and more regular for me. It’s not a pay-as-you-go system.

If you are not paying in full up front, I will set up your monthly or bi-weekly payments as a subscription for a fixed number of payments. You will receive an invoice to pay manually for your first payment, and then your payment will be automatically processed for subsequent payment.
