Individual Coaching & Mentoring
Over the years, I can’t tell you how many clients have said “I wish I could have talked to you a few days ago when I was going through the really difficult thing and needed support.” What I can tell you is that I wished I could have helped them in the moment. There’s so much value in working through a difficult situation together, where you can receive and practice helpful strategies in the moment. Most importantly, you can receive support at the time when you are struggling the most, rather than having to wait until your next session to process it. During that time in between the situation and unpacking it in your session, really important opportunities for growth and understanding can be pushed under the surface and forgotten by the time your regularly scheduled session rolls around.
With this is mind, here is how I feel I can best serve you if you are working with me in an individual coaching relationship:
Support Level 1
During the hours of 8 AM - 6 PM ET Monday-Friday, you have unlimited access to me. We will communicate via voice notes on WhatsApp. This is not like leaving a voice mail - it’s like having an asynchronous conversation, a continuous dialogue. There will be a 60-minute assessment session on Zoom at the beginning of our time together, and then quarterly thereafter, but other than that, all of our communication will take place via WhatsApp. During my available hours, I will endeavor to listen to and respond to your voice message within 8 hours. If you leave a voice message after hours or on weekends, (which you are more than welcome to do) I will listen and respond to your message on the next business day. A minimum commitment of 3 months is required, after which you can choose between continuing in 3-month cycles or month-to-month.
Clients typically pay $200-300 per month for Support Level 1
Support Level 2
In addition to all of the supports you’ll receive in Support Level 1, Level 2 also offers a 30-minute weekly phone or video call. The calls allow us to dig deeper into a particular issue, or work on specific strategies. How many times have you been to a therapist where you spend half of your session or more just catching up on what happened rather than digging into the real meat of the therapeutic work? With this package, because you already have unlimited access to me with voice notes, we won’t have to spend valuable session time catching up - we can jump right in to the deeper work.
Clients typically pay $400-600 per month for Support Level 2
Support Level 3
In addition to all of the supports you’ll receive in Support Levels 1 & 2, Level 3 offers you the MASSIVE benefit of access to me during the weekends, as well as a 60-minute phone or video call each week. For many of my clients, weekends have been the most consistently stressful part of their week because they’re stuck at home with difficult partners or other family members. Many issues that would benefit from real-time support happen on the weekends, and it can be enormously helpful to not have to wait until Monday to process difficult emotions or situations. For clients at this support level, my available weekend hours will be the same as my weekday availability.
